Ashley is a licensed real estate broker and firm owner in the state of North Carolina, of which she serves as the qualifying broker and broker-in-charge. She is also an approved real estate instructor teaching prelicensing and poslicensing courses on faculty for Canopy Real Estate Institute and Central Piedmont Community College.
Ashley has experience as a landlord of short-, mid-, and long-term rentals. Her rentals have included individual rooms and entire homes. She shares her knowledge and experience with others through her consulting and education company, KŌZĒ Real Estate Co.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Health. She lives in Wilmington, NC and is mom to two (dog) babies, Davidson and Penny.
